Eric Beier, MD, MBA

Eric is a physician entrepreneur and investor with more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry driving strategic collaborations, leading high performance teams, and achieving targeted organizational results. Eric parlayed his role as an emergency medicine physician into a successful business career, building five successful healthcare companies that span medical practices, revenue cycle management and advanced diagnostics. He utilizes the knowledge and insight gained from his clinical training, business operations background, and investment experience to establish clear objectives and metrics to drive performance excellence in healthcare businesses. In addition to his executive career, Eric has a long history of accomplishment as a board member for non-profit organizations and as an angel investor. He currently serves as the president of VisionTech Angels Fort Wayne chapter and is managing director of The Liberator Group. He previously was the founder and CEO of MedOptima and CEO for Matrix-Bio.
Eric graduated Summa Cum Laude from Hanover College and earned his MD from the Indiana University School of Medicine and his MBA from the University of Michigan.
